DELIVERY
Orders are despatched Monday-Friday using Parcelforce, Royal Mail or Fastway signed for services. We will email you when your order has been sent. Please note that a signature on delivery is required.

STANDARD UK DELIVERY
Postage and packaging within the UK mainland is charged at £5.95. Items are usually received within 3-4 working days of placing your order.

EXPRESS UK DELIVERY
For urgent orders, we offer an Express UK Delivery service within the UK mainland. Orders will be dispatched the following day by a 24 hour service. We charge an Express Delivery Supplement of £5 in addition to the normal delivery charge.

OVERSEAS DELIVERY
We are able to send most items overseas, the cost of which will depend on the weight of your delivery. If your order is being delivered to an address outside of the UK mainland, you will be charged £30 delivery at the time of placing your order. We will then calculate the exact delivery charge, and refund any overpaid postage to your payment card. If you would like a delivery cost prior to ordering, please email info@plaingorgeous.co.uk, telling us what you wish to order with the delivery address.

WRAPPING

We offer a free gift wrapping service. Please indicate that you would like your gift wrapped in the box on the ordering page. You can also provide a personalised gift message.

Prices are in £ and include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices.

We do not store credit card details on our website. Instead, once you click PURCHASE, after completing your order details, you will be transferred to the secure VeriSign SSL certified PROTX site, where you enter your payment details. Please ensure that your billing address matches the address at which your payment card is registered.

RETURNS

RETURNS
We do our best to provide accurate product descriptions and photographs. However, if you are not satisfied with your product, simply return the item to us unused and in its original condition within 7 days of receipt. We will then either exchange it or refund the value of the goods to your original payment card. When returning goods, please let us know by email info@plaingorgeous.co.uk, and we strongly recommend that you send any items by registered mail or obtain a receipt of posting - as we cannot be responsible for any items lost or damaged in the post.

REFUNDS
On receipt of your returned items, we will make a refund to the value of the goods. We do not normally refund the cost of your postage unless the goods were supplied to you faulty or incorrectly due to an error on our part. Refunds are made to the original payment card charged.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
Under the EU Distance Selling Directive you have a statuatory right to cancel your contract any time up to 7 days from the day after you receive your order. Simply email us at info@plaingorgeous.co.uk with the details. If you cancel your contract once your order has already been delivered you will be responsible for returning the goods to Plain Gorgeous Ltd at your own cost.

PRIVACY

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information we collect from you lawfully, and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We do not hold credit or debit card details.
